Manicure Monday: Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Polish

Back in the day (to be honest, it was a huge amount of time ago, maybe 3 years) I owned the original scented polishes from Revlon and remember them being discontinued. Then, when I saw that they had re branded them and bought out a lot more shades (the old ones where just glittery bright colours with fruity scents) I was intrigued and thought I would pick up one.

The swatch above is 3 coats but 1 coat is great but just not as opaque as more coats. The colour I got is called surf spray and the scent reminds me of a tropical beach so, I think they’ve hit the nail on the head with the scent. This is another polish that has a great amount of staying power, about 4 days with base and top coat.

Is a scented polish needed? No, not really and you do look kind of strange walking around smelling your fingers haha. But, the colours are awesome and for a Revlon polish it’s actually quite reasonably priced. I do want to pick up some more of these but not for the scents, although that does add a bit of novelty to them.

There are quite a few colours in the range, 20 altogether and go for £6.49 a pop. You can pick them up from Boots online, here.

Are you interested in a nail polish that is scented?

Thanks for reading 🙂
